The Blue Star Banner Program honors active duty military service members from Crystal Lake with a display of personalized banners on Heroes Row which is a stretch of roadway along Rt. 14. We are very grateful to the Social Action Committee of Bethany Lutheran Church for, once again, donating to our program.
