We are excited to offer the Home & Business Expo outdoors at the Twin Ponds Marketplace (Office Max Campus) located at 4429 NW Highway, Crystal Lake, IL.

Rain date will be June 5th, 2021.

All exhibitors must provide (3) Certificates of Liability Insurance and a Hold Harmless Agreement no later than May 14, 2021.

(3) Certificates of Liability Insurance will have 3 Certificate Holders. Click each Certificate for wording:

Please fill out all of the Registration Information requested. Also, note that we are holding this event outdoors and limiting the number of available spots to provide adequate social distancing between vendors. Vendors who signed up for last year's Home and Business Expo that we were unable to hold due to the pandemic restrictions have already been given preference of row locations prior to the public vendor registration opening.  

Given the new set up and that the event will be outdoors we have lowered the price per vendor space to $300, for which the Chamber will provide:

  • One 10’ x 20’ (approximate size) vendor spot within a parking space with two 10’ x 20’ (approximate size) parking spaces, one on each side to ensure social distancing.
  • One table and two folding chairs.
  • Shared use of an Exhibitor “Lounge” or large tent with snacks and water.

Each exhibitor is responsible for:

  • Bringing, purchasing, or renting a 10 x 10 tent. (There is no shade in the Expo area).
  • Electrical – either by using power from your vehicle or bringing a generator.

Please note that certain Covid-19 restrictions may still be in place on the date that we hold this year's Home and Business Expo and that we will be required to adhere to such restrictions. Please also note that we are purposely holding this event outdoors and providing socially distanced vendor locations. As such, we do not foresee restrictive limitations to the attendance of this event.
