We are excited about your interest in participating in the Community & Business Expo on Saturday November 16th from 10am-3pm at the Holiday Inn Crystal Lake! 

*Please note that members must be in good standing with the Chamber to register for the Community & Business Expo. 

If you would like to submit a paper registration packet click here. 

Please read the following steps to complete your registration:

1. Please Review the Expo Guidelines located here: Expo Guidelines

2. Review the Expo Floor Plan to determine your first and second booth selections





3. Payment Options: 

  • Credit card payments are accepted via the online registration page or by calling the Chamber office at 815-459-1300. 
  • Check payments: please make the check out to the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce and submit to the Chamber office at 427 W. Virginia with your completed registration packet.

4. Insurance Certificate: You must submit your Insurance Certificate indicating the following by November 1st:

  • Every exhibitor must supply the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce with an Insurance Certificate indicating “additional Insured” that establishes the following insurance is in force and effective for the period of the exhibition:
  • General liability and premises operations, including bodily injury and property damage in a minimum amount of $1,000,000. Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce and Holiday Inn Conference Center must be listed as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured on this Certificate of Insurance.
  • Workmen’s compensation and disability benefits as required by the State of Illinois.

5. Hold Harmless: Your registration will not be complete without a signed hold harmless submitted with your online registration. You can find a copy of the Hold Harmless here.
