Price is $95 per person, registration will open soon.

Guests will enjoy a plentiful Mexican, Spanish and BBQ Fusion culinary experience presented and served by Crystal Lake’s finest restaurant & catering teams from Fork-it Foods and Grazing, Duke's Alehouse and Kitchen, Cafe Olympic and Julie Ann's Frozen Custard Shop

Lake Geneva Country Meats Flank Steak / thinly sliced with Chimichurri Sauce

Homemade Shrimp Ceviche / shrimp, red onions, avocado, citrus baha spice blend

Locally sourced gourmet comfort foods by Duke's Alehouse and Kitchen:

Cumin Chile roasted Atmosphere Farms mushrooms with green pipian sauce, 

pickled red onions and feta cheese (vegetarian, can be vegan). Corn tortilla.

Guajillo braised Slagel Family Farm short ribs / with apple cider and cabbage slaw. Corn tortilla.
